I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Associate under the supervision of Bruce Edstrom, LPC-S, LMFT-S. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with Psychology minor from University of Oklahoma and a Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary. I am Gottman Level 1 Trained and certified in RelateStrong, MarriageCore, and Prep (Prevention and Relationship Education Program).

My background in working with Campus Crusade for Christ (Cru) has uniquely equipped me to walk alongside others through life and exploring how faith is a part of one's journey. I also have also received training in various spiritual practices as they relate to personal growth, healing, and connection with God. I love incorporating these into the counseling process.

I work with adults, emerging adults, teenagers, college students, and couples on a variety of issues such as: anxiety, marriage, depression, anger, identity Issues, parent-child issues, spiritual guidance, relational conflict, ministry burn-out, and grief and loss.
